Acquired 29,400 shares of AAS Catering Co., Ltd. (85.14% owned by the Company)and becamea subsidiary of the Company.
Concluded a franchise agreement with JALUX AMERICAS, Inc. in California, USA, and opened franchise stores "Dondontei" and "Mugimaru".
Established Gourmet Kineya Restaurant Co., Ltd. (wholly owned by the Company) and entrusted shop operation of the restaurant business to this company. GOURMET KINEYA CO., LTD. (the Company) became a holding company.
Established GK ASIA SDN. BHD. (66% owned by the Company) in Malaysia.
Established MYNEWS KINEYA SDN. BHD. (49% owned by GK ASIA SDN. BHD.) in Malaysia through a joint venture agreement between GK ASIA SDN. BHD. and MYNEWS FOODS SDN. BHD.
