The purpose of the Company shall be to engage in the following businesses:

- Railroad business, cableway business and automobile transportation business
- Recruitment and guidance of restaurant franchisees under the franchise chain system
- Consulting services related to restaurant operation
- Customs brokerage and bonded warehousing business
- Wholesale business
- Management and administration of local wholesale markets
- Life insurance agency business and non-life insurance agency business
- Worker dispatch business
- Management of Japanese language schools and language schools
- Internet sales related business
- Any and all other activities incidental to the above. the above.
